Patrick S. Chung - Moderator
Partner, New Enterprise Associates
Patrick is co-head of NEA’s Consumer and Seed-stage investing practices. He is a director of 23andMe, eeGeo, Euclid, GoodGuide, Loopt, Lytro, Pulse, and is actively involved with Rock Health, GrubWithUs, Fanhattan and Tivli. Prior to joining NEA, Patrick helped to grow ZEFER, an Internet services firm (acquired by NEC) to more than $100 million in annual revenues and more than 700 people across six global offices. Prior to ZEFER, Patrick was with McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in hardware, software, and services companies. Patrick received a joint JD-MBA degree from Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School, where he served as an Editor of the Harvard Law Review. Patrick was a Commonwealth Scholar at Oxford University, where he earned a Master of Science degree. Patrick earned his A.B. degree at Harvard University in Environmental Science. He is a member of the New York and Massachusetts bars, and a member of the Committee to Visit Harvard College.

Martin Lange - Panelist
Executive Marketing Director & Global Lead of Mobile@Ogilvy, OgilvyOne Worldwide
As Executive Marketing Director Martin enjoys multiple responsibilities within Ogilvy. He leads and oversees digital projects for international key accounts as well leading the global mobile practice across the Ogilvy Group, Mobile@Ogilvy. In his role as lead for the mobile practice he is responsible for integrating mobile marketing programs into the business programs for Ogilvy’s global clients. He acts as facilitator, coach and strategist both for internal stakeholder as well for clients.
Martin joined Ogilvy New York in Summer 2010, prior to which he was Managing Director of argonauten G2, Berlin. He started working at argonauten G2 in 2002 servicing accounts like Bacardi and Bayer-Schering helping them gain international digital standing. After having spent one year as external consultant for e-communications at Coca-Cola Germany, he thereafter led the Berlin office to become their lead digital agency in Germany.
In his career Martin oversaw international digital programs and initiatives for brands like Coca-Cola, Pernod-Ricard, Volkswagen, Allianz, UBS, Grohe, DuPont and the Berlin Philharmonics.
Martin holds a degree as “Diplom Kaufmann” (equivalent to MBA) from the Westafaelische-Wilhelms Universitaet in Muenster, Germany.
His speaking engagements around the digital landscape and mobile marketing specifically range from the Cannes Advertising Festival, the Golden Drum Ad Festival to AdTech in San Francisco.
As much as work has defined Martin’s last years he enjoys true rock music as well as the outdoors, above the water and below.

Casey Chafkin - Panelist
Vice President of Business Development, AisleBuyer
Casey Chafkin is Vice President of Business Development at AisleBuyer, the technology company responsible for the world’s first mobile self-checkout application. Casey oversees strategic partnerships and runs the company’s brand-advertising business. Casey’s expertise is in retail marketing, brand strategy, and performance analytics. Prior to AisleBuyer, Casey worked at CarMax Inc. where he re-launched the company’s consumer offer and headed their loyalty research. Casey has a bachelor’s degree of science in Economics from Duke University and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Casey recently co-authored a paper on quantitative trading strategies within sports wagering markets.

Paul Gelb - Panelist

Paul is the founder and head of Razorfish’s mobile practice. The practice’s primary offering suites include integrated strategy engagements, application and site design and development, messaging programs, and media, ad creative and search campaign services. Paul is a trusted consultant to Razorfish’s largest clients, including Unilever, Victoria’s Secret, Intel, Disney, Experian and Mercedes, as they evolve their media and business strategies to include breakthrough technology and advanced platforms.
Paul’s mobile work has been well received by industry and clients alike. He was awarded the 2010 Media All Star Award by MediaWeek. Paul’s work was also recognized with the 2009 Mobile Marketer of the Year award and the 2010 Luxury Mobile Marketer of the Year award. Individual initiatives have won both a bronze design lion and a cyber mobile advertising short list nomination at Cannes 2011. Razorfish has demonstrated unparalleled consistency, with 16 of its iOS applications listed in the iTunes App Store. These prominent apps include the #1 branded app of 2008, a #1 top free iPad app and a #2 top grossing iPad app.
Paul’s groundbreaking work and point of view have been sought out by and received press in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Ad Age. Recent conference speaking engagements include SXSW, IAB, MMA and Advertising Week.

Raj Aggarwal - Panelist
CEO, Localytics
Localytics offers a powerful, real-time analytics platform that helps thousands of leading iOS, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phone 7 app publishers make more successful and more profitable apps. Raj previously spent 5 years in management consulting, most recently with Bain & Company. His primary focus was the wireless sector and in this capacity he helped build some of the world’s most successful mobile companies. Prior to consulting, Raj completed his MBA with Honors from the Ivey School of Business andLondon Business School. Before this he managed Pre-Sales Engineering for Requisite Technology, an enterprise software provider in Colorado. Raj’s career began in robotics, where he eventually led the sales and marketing department for a Toronto-based manufacturer.

Todd Brix - Panelist
Senior Director of Windows Phone Services, Microsoft
Todd Brix created and leads the Windows Phone Marketplace appstore at Microsoft, responsible for processing, publishing, and merchandising apps, business operations and mobile operator commerce services. A year after launch with Windows Phone 7, the marketplace is the fastest growing appstore in history. Todd is a 12 year veteran of Microsoft having served in multiple business and marketing leadership roles in Windows Embedded, Windows Phone and other consumer product and service efforts. Prior to Microsoft, Todd worked at Intel, Silicon Graphics and founded a semiconductor equipment start-up. Todd was a co-founder of the first Cyberposium in 1995, and was a Baker’s Scholar graduate of HBS in 1997 with a BS in engineering from the University of Washington.
